If we make significant changes to the process or location of processing, we will give you the opportunity to amend your communication preference.

To ensure we can provide you with our services we may collect the following information, with your permission:
- Contact information - name, physical address, email address and telephone number
- Primary and secondary parcel locker address, email address and telephone number
- Location information to ensure prompt delivery
- Any additional information provided to confirm an individual’s identity and location
- Contact information of others to whom we are asked to send information (this will only be stored for no longer than is necessary)
Purpose of communication
To ensure we can provide an efficient service to you we have transparent and lawful reasons for collecting, storing and communicating with you.
These reasons include:
- Contract Engage in a financial contract with you and ensure accurate parcel delivery
- Consent for future newsletters, competitions etc
- Legal for regulatory or legal requirement to store or process information
If you are not in active communication with us, we will retain your data for no longer than 1 year on our secure server.

To ensure we create a secure parcel locker service for you, we use the following cloud-based management and logistics solutions and engage with the following partners. Every effort is made to ensure they have adequate security measures and we have data processing agreements in place, where possible. We recommend you refer to their individual privacy policies for your own peace of mind.
