To ensure we can provide you with our services we may collect the following information, with your permission:

• Primary and secondary parcel locker address, email address and telephone number
• Location information to ensure prompt delivery
• Any additional information provided to confirm an individual’s identity and location
• Contact information of others to whom we are asked to send information (this will only be stored for no longer than is necessary)

Purpose of communication

To ensure we create a secure parcel locker service for you, we use the following cloud-based management and logistics solutions and engage with the following partners. Every effort is made to ensure they have adequate security measures and we have data processing agreements in place, where possible. We recommend you refer to their individual privacy policies for your own peace of mind.
