Sign up at oohpod.com and get your OOH ID.
Shop online at your favourite sites and use your Full Name, OOH ID and the address of your chosen OOHPod location at the checkout.
We will send you a notification when your parcel has arrived at an OOHPod.
Grab your parcel and that’s it! Easy.
Top Tips
When shopping online ...
1. Enter your name (as it appears on your OOHPod account), your OOH ID, and the address of your chosen OOHPod location.
2. ALWAYS include your OOH ID in your address. This is the unique * Digit ID you received when you started your OOHPod subscription.
3. Copy your OOH ID and the OOHPod location address from the OOHPod Dashboard. Avoid any errors and typos! Link below.
Return or Send a Parcel with DHL
Stick a DHL label onto your parcel and take it to any OOHPod parcel locker.
Tap 'Drop Off' and then 'I am a Customer' on the screen. Scan the barcode label that begins with JJD.
A locker door will ping open for you to put your parcel in. Tap 'Open Bigger' if you need a bigger compartment.
Pop your parcel in and close the locker door! It really is that simple.
Remember, you don't need to sign up for an OOHPod account to send or return DHL parcels.
Return or Send a Parcel with UPS
Stick a UPS label onto your parcel and take it to any OOHPod parcel locker.
Tap 'Drop Off' and then 'I am a Customer' on the screen. Scan the barcode label that begins with 1Z.
A locker door will ping open for you to put your parcel in. Tap 'Open Bigger' if you need a bigger compartment.
Pop your parcel in and close the locker door! It really is that simple.
Remember, you don't need to sign up for an OOHPod account to send or return UPS parcels.
Return or Send a Parcel with Yodel
Stick a Yodel label onto your parcel and take it to any OOHPod in Northern Ireland.
Tap 'Drop Off' and then 'I am a Customer' on the screen and scan the label barcode.
A compartment will ping open for you. Tap 'Open Bigger' if you need a bigger compartment.
Pop your parcel in and close the locker door! It really is that simple.
Remember, you don't need to sign up for an OOHPod account to send or return Yodel parcels at OOHPod.
Drop Off an Item to Another OOHPod Customer
Bring your item to any OOHPod location.
Tap 'Drop off' and 'I am a Customer' on the screen. Scan your barcode label if you have one or manually enter a code, we suggest using the customers initials and date e.g. MG061223
Enter the receivers OOH ID. A compartment will ping open for you. Tap 'Open Bigger' if you need a bigger compartment.
