Introducing Simpler, Fairer Pricing at OOHPod - Effective 14 July

At OOHPod, we're always looking for ways to make our service more flexible and cost-effective for our customers.

After reviewing how our lockers are used, we noticed that the vast majority of customers collect their parcels within 24 hours of delivery. We wanted to pass this benefit back to our customers by introducing a simpler pricing model that better reflects actual locker usage.

What's Changing?

From 14th July, OOHPod will move to a token-based pricing system based on how long a parcel is stored in a locker.

Ireland

A parcel stored in a locker in the Republic of Ireland for up to 24 hours will cost 1 token.

Northern Ireland

A parcel stored in a locker in Northern Ireland for up to 24 hours will cost 2 tokens.

The additional token reflects the extra handling required at our border locations.

Save More with Token Bundles

Customers who choose one of our cost-saving token bundles can reduce their parcel collection costs significantly:

• From as little as €1.46/£1.25 per parcel in Ireland
• From as little as €2.92 / £2.50 per parcel in Northern Ireland

The more you use OOHPod, the more value you'll get from our bundle token package.

Need Longer Than 24 Hours?

No problem.

If you're unable to collect your parcel within the first 24 hours, your parcel will simply be charged an additional token for every additional 24-hour period that it remains in the locker.

This means you only pay for the time you actually use.

What Happens to Existing Uses on My Account?

Any uses that were purchased before 14 July will automatically be converted at a rate of:

1 Use = 2 Tokens

This ensures that existing customers retain the value of any prepaid usage already on their accounts.

What About Oversized Parcels?

Oversized parcels require additional locker space and handling.

From 14 July, oversized parcels will be charged at 3 tokens per parcel.

A Pricing Model That Rewards Fast Collection

Our new token-based system is designed to be fairer and more transparent. Customers who collect quickly will benefit from lower costs, while those who need extra storage time can still enjoy the flexibility of our locker network.

We're excited to introduce this change and look forward to continuing to provide convenient, affordable parcel collection across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
